Chalk Art

For the past few weeks Room8 has been learning about the rio olympics. Therefore our teacher and another teacher had thought up of an idea that we should draw a sport with chalk from the olympics, placing our bodies in the position where it looks like we are taking part. The sport I had chose for my art was canoe sprint.  Due to the weather concerns we had to wait and choose a sunny day to draw our art. Finally on Friday 12th of August the sun had decided it would come out, so then we emptied our class and left to the senior court. Once we had finished our art our teacher would come and take a photo then another photo but on a ladder making it look like a bird's eye view. I would do this art again but not any time soon, anyway I really enjoyed this art and I know that the rest of my classmates did too.
