Party pies

Today we finally finished the second part of the two lesson task. We spent a lot of time with the pastries but finished our party pies happily. I enjoyed making this as my partner helped me finish up a lot of things. Since I had the same initials as someone else in the kitchen I wrote a X.

Meat pie filling

Today for technology we made fillings for a mince and cheese pie. We have a two part lesson where today we make the filling and next week we make pastry that will hold the filling. It was a bit hectic today but we all still managed to finish our filling.

Pizza pinwheels

Today in food technology we made pizza pinwheels. My partner had to go home because she was sick. Luckily I worked with another group and created some beautiful work. I really enjoyed making pizza pinwheels.

Larger quiches

Today at food technology we created a bigger quiche than last week. I enjoyed making this with my partner. It was fun and really delicious.

Mini Quiche

Today at food tech we made 12 mini quiches. I was a bit behind but still completed it. Next week we will be making bigger ones and I am so excited.
