Today at food tech we made 12 mini quiches. I was a bit behind but still completed it. Next week we will be making bigger ones and I am so excited.

Malo lelei Heather, That is really good that your are really excited too cook more things in cooking class. It was really hard for me to cut the dough into circles to place the filling inside. The quiches we made were very yummy and I loved it. Since you learnt how to make mini quiches do you think you will try making it at home ?
Thanks for the wonderful feedback. I really did enjoy the mini quiche, Ana. It was delicious. Hopefully you get to create some. However Siunipa I don't think I will be making mini quiches at home.
