While we were playing volleyball outside it started to rain. Our teacher already had a plan in case it would rain. Since we were inside now we were unable to play with the ball so we used balloons to play volleyball. Another twist to the game was that we had to stay on our bottoms and we could only shuffle along the floor to get the balloon. I enjoyed playing this game and it was a great way to end the Friday.

Wow balloon volleyball seems very fun! I also enjoyed playing with my friends! Balloon Volleyball is an easy activity to play because of the amount of air filled on such thin plastic. Because a real volleyball is thicker and heavier when blown, the air resistance will push it down faster than a balloon. Would you play this again?

This looks like great fun and I can tell by your photos that your class really enjoyed playing volleyball with balloons. Did you find this activity challenging (especially the shuffling along the floor to get your balloon)?
